Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Barista for Sturgis, SD. This full-time position at Sturgis Monument Health runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with occasional weekends. You will make coffee and espresso drinks and related food/beverage items for patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders into POS; accepts cash and charge payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Greets customers courteously and interacts in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serves customers quickly and efficiently, and prevents delays in serving lines.
