Job summary

Eurest is hiring for a BARISTA at the FedEx location in Memphis, TN. The role involves making coffee/espresso beverages, handling related food items, and delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is full-time with set hours, primarily morning shifts. Experience is preferred; internal referral bonuses are available. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates and ongoing opportunities within Compass Group.

Qualifications

Experience preferred; Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
Location: FedEx site, Memphis, TN
Full-time schedule: Mon-Thu 6:00 am–3:00 pm and Fri 6:00 am–11:00 am

Responsibilities

Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
Enters orders accurately into POS; processes cash and card payments.
Replenishes condiments and beverages and maintains cleanliness of service area.
Follows HACCP standards and ensures proper food temperatures and handling.
Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils.
Greets customers, explains menu items, and assists in the buying decision.
