Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Barista in North Little Rock, AR. The role centers on making coffee and espresso drinks, serving guests, and maintaining HACCP-compliant food service standards in a hospital setting.

Experience in coffee shops or Starbucks is preferred, while food service experience is required. The position offers a steady schedule 6:30 am–2:30 pm with some holiday availability and a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso drinks for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders into POS; handles cash and card payments.
• Maintains cleanliness of service area and displays equipment.
• Ensures proper serving temperatures and HACCP compliance.
• Greets customers and assists in buying decisions.
• Merchandises display foods attractively and maintains presentation.
