The Bethesdan Hotel is hiring a Fulltime Barista in Bethesda, MD. You will craft coffee and espresso beverages, prepare fresh food items, and provide exceptional guest service in a welcoming café setting.

We seek candidates with at least 6 months of barista or food and beverage experience, a strong eye for detail, and a professional, friendly demeanor to contribute to a positive team culture and guest satisfaction. Food handler certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience serving food in a restaurant.
• Six months of experience as a Barista or in Food and Beverage.
• Food handler certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude towards providing exceptional guest service.
• Attention to detail and a neatly organized workstation.
