Job summary

Creative Dining Services is seeking a Barista to join a full-time team at Warner University in Lake Wales, FL. This role focuses on friendly customer service, beverage preparation, and knowledge of products to ensure a quality experience for students and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail or six months of specialty coffee experience.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents food & beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards.
• Provides service to customers in a positive, friendly manner.
• Responds proactively to prevent customer service issues and documents incidents.
• Runs a register and credit card machine following procedures.
• Keeps up with coffee trends and suggests improvements.
