Alfred Coffee is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Barista for our Calabasas location. You will welcome guests, craft high-quality coffee and food, and contribute to a fast-paced, welcoming cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Cafe/restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for hospitality and creating positive customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting while working efficiently under pressure.
• Minimum commitment of three shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experiences through hospitality and service.
• Prepare high-quality beverages and food items per Alfred recipes and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized cafe and assist with inventory and upkeep.
• Operate coffee equipment and ensure sanitary prep areas.
• Follow safety and company policies; report hazards to management.
