Job summary

Trig's is seeking a Full Time Barista for Caribou Coffee (ER7321) to deliver exceptional guest service and craft coffee drinks. You will greet customers, handle the register, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

You may travel to other Caribou Coffee locations such as Minocqua and Eagle River for training. Trig's offers health and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash register and make change accurately.
• Teamwork and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to train at other Caribou Coffee sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to ensure guests leave satisfied and return.
• Greet customers and resolve inquiries or complaints.
• Operate cash register accurately for quick service.
• Prepare a variety of coffee drinks according to standards.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and presentable store environment.
• Assist with inventory and stocking of merchandise.
• Attend training sessions at other Caribou Coffee sites as needed.
