Responsibilities

• Serves customers at a teller counter, processing a variety of transactions.
• Receives deposits, verifies cash, and issues receipts.
• Accepts checks for cashing and paying, verifies endorsements and funds.
• Handles loan payments and maintains accurate daily records.
• Complies with Bank Secrecy Act requirements and documents cash transactions.
• Greets customers and assists with services and problems as needed.
• Under dual control, lists night drops and processes transactions accordingly.
• Counts coin, reconciles totals, and researches discrepancies.
• Continues banking product knowledge through training and self-study.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management and supports teammates.
