Chick-fil-A in Marietta, GA is seeking Back of House Team Members for morning/mid-day shifts from 5AM to 5PM. The role involves cooking, assembling, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards, stocking inventory, and keeping the kitchen clean.

You will work with a supportive team and receive training from experienced Operators and Restaurant Leaders. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth, plus scholarships and a fun, people-focused environment.

This is a Morning/Mid Day Shift position for applicants who are available from the hours of 5AM-5PM.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
