Job summary

Toyota of Iowa City is hiring a Full-Time Valet / Automotive Porter in Iowa City, IA. The role offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a $15.00 per hour pay rate and benefits that begin on Day 1.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, moving and parking vehicles, organizing lots, and assisting service and sales teams. Prior dealership experience is not required, but a strong work ethic and customer focus are valued.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (implicit in role).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, professional first impression.
• Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles throughout the dealership.
• Assist with organizing and staging vehicles for the sales and service departments.
• Shuttle customers to and from the dealership as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized dealership lot.
• Work with service advisors, technicians, and team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Assist with additional porter/valet responsibilities.
