Job summary

Dave Smith Motors, a Sonic Automotive dealership, is seeking a dedicated janitor to maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and staff. You will help ensure a positive dealership experience by keeping restrooms, showroom, and service areas in pristine condition.

Daily duties include cleaning, restocking supplies, and minor maintenance, with opportunities for advancement within a Fortune 500 company. Strong attention to detail and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work.
• Ability to operate floor scrubbers, vacuums and mops.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and customer areas daily.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors including service bays, showroom, and offices.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste and recyclables.
• Maintain windows, glass doors, and high-traffic touchpoints.
• Replenish supplies like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Perform routine maintenance like changing lightbulbs and minor repairs.
• Keep exterior of dealership clean, including sidewalks.
