Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Spring, TX is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities in a collaborative team setting.

No experience is required—paid training and full RBT certification are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and must provide proof of degree.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work with young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play and activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
