Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Frankfort, IL is hiring a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor's Degree. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans and collecting data. Paid training and RBT certification are provided; no prior experience required beyond the degree.

The role offers full-time daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays. You may be asked to travel to nearby ABC clinics for coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
