Job summary

The Sunshine Academy in Billings, MT is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to join our team. You will help lead the classroom, support our lead teachers, and create a warm, dependable day for our youngest learners, giving parents peace of mind.

Qualifications

• You're quick on your feet and can switch from ABCs to 123s without missing a beat.
• You're genuinely curious about what's going on in a child's head and love learning the why behind early childhood development.
• You can spot a toy about to be thrown or a spill about to happen before it lands.
• Building relationships with children, families, and teammates is your strength.
