Rusty Lantern Markets in Providence, RI is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and raise the bar on customer service. You’ll help maintain our high standards in a busy Providence store, working with the team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

You will assist the Store Manager with staff supervision, scheduling, inventory control, budgeting and payroll tasks, while training and developing teammates to improve performance and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Retail managerial experience required.
• Strong communication with customers and staff.
• Experience with inventory control and cash handling.
• Budgeting and payroll familiarity preferred.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with store operations administration.
• Kitchen familiarity is a plus but not required.

Summary

As an Assistant Store Manager at Rusty Lantern Markets, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations and enhancing the customer experience. Located in New England, this position is essential for maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring efficient store management.
