Waverly Heights is seeking a full-time Landscaper to join our team on a 63-acre campus just outside Philadelphia in Gladwyne, PA. You will mow, edge, weed, prune, plant seasonal color, and maintain flower beds, paths, and walkways to keep the grounds attractive and safe.

Experience in landscaping is required. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, a dependable team player, eager to learn, and able to handle occasional weather-related schedule changes.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle weather-related schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, weeding, trimming shrubs, and maintaining flower beds.
• Watering and fertilizing plants, trees, and flowers.
• Inspecting trees for disease or damage and pruning as needed.
• Seasonal planting and landscape improvements for visual appeal.
• Keeping outdoor areas free of litter and ensuring walkways are clear.
• Assisting with leaf removal in autumn and snow/ice removal in winter.
• Supporting the landscaping department's operations as needed.
