Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver to join our team across our Ventura community. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and engaging residents in life enrichment activities. A High School diploma or GED is required, and CNA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence and safety.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living as instructed (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities.

The Care Giver's role includes providing hands on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment.

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas

• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed


• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
