Schulte Hospitality Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dynamic Public Area Attendant to join our team at the AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore. You will maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas and support a guest-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school education and one year in housekeeping, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Full-time hours, competitive pay, and benefits are included to support your career growth.

Responsibilities

• Keep lobby, elevators, front desk area clean and presentable.
• Regularly check public restrooms and ensure cleanliness.
• Deliver items to rooms and assist in cleaning as needed.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, etc. to meet quality standards
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash
• Maintains efficient communication on two-way radio to ensure that tasks are prioritized.
• Maintains lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area to assure they are clean, neat and free of all rubbish and debris.
• Cleans and maintains public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests. Restrooms must also be checked on once an hour to assure they remain neat and clean.
• Removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures and cleans ashtrays
• Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in Housekeeping role
