Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Nazareth, PA is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art service centers in the Nazareth area.

Automotive Alignment technicians use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer's vehicles, measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure straight travel.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Preferred: Alignment Technicians possess a state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs.
• Perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles.
