Job summary

LS Solutions seeks a senior Oracle Cloud Financials leader to guide ERP strategy, implementation support, and optimization for Finance and Procurement.

You will manage Oracle Cloud ERP advisory engagements, oversee process design, and mentor staff to ensure on-time, quality delivery while upholding integrity and client trust.

The role requires eight+ years of Oracle ERP experience, travel as needed, and legal work authorization in the U.S.

• Experience as a Functional or Project Lead in Oracle Cloud Financials preferred.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Role Overview:

The position involves leading Oracle Cloud Financials projects, including strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization for Finance and Procurement functions.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage Oracle Cloud ERP advisory engagements, oversee process design, package implementation, and project reviews. Support business development activities such as proposal development and client pursuit efforts. Supervise and performance manage staff working on engagements, ensuring project delivery aligns with financial and operational standards. Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.
• Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of eight years’ Oracle ERP experience, with at least two implementation cycles involving Oracle Cloud Accounting Hub. Bachelor's degree required. Experience as a Functional or Project Lead in Oracle Cloud Financials preferred. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with detailed knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules. Ability to travel as needed and work legally in the U.S.
