Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials and logs, and communicate access concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity following site procedures.
