Job summary

Center for Human Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement ABA-based therapy under BCBA supervision in Sedalia, MO. The role focuses on improving daily functioning and independence, with data collection and progress reporting responsibilities.

Requirements include high school diploma, 6 months in the field, and RBT credentialing within 90 days. The position is full-time with day shift (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm) and salaried at $18.50 hourly.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months experience in developmental disabilities field or related area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BT-Credentialed through BACB within the first 90 days to become an RBT.
• Must obtain Class E driver’s license within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one treatment using ABA techniques to support individuals.
• Document daily notes and report updates to the BCBA.
• Implement and maintain treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Develop and maintain data collection according to the treatment plan.
• Adhere to BACB ethical standards and CHS confidentiality/HIPAA.
