Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and BACB RBT certification. Fluency in English is required, Spanish is a plus. CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain is needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by BACB.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus; strong people skills.
• Reliable, responsible with strong communication and tech skills.
• BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• PCMA Practitioner Level 2 certification or training willingness.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients and maintain program goals.
• Implement ABA programs as directed by BCBA.
• Record data and monitor client behavior.
• Communicate with BCBA and staff; attend meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.
• Assist academically in small groups or 1:1 as needed.
