Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking nurses to provide 1:1 pediatric home health care to children with medical complexities in the home setting. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and strong teamwork with other professionals.

Training is provided for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care. A sign-on bonus is available for full-time night shifts, with additional shift differentials on nights and weekends, and a supportive, family-focused work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care to children with medical complexities at the patient's home.

• Schedule: 7a-5p 2-3 days per week
• Client Specifics: 18 year old with a G-tube and trach
• Sign On Bonus up to $4,000 for Full Time Nights
• Shift Differentials of $2 for Nights & $2 for Weekends
