Job summary

Madison Pointe Assisted Living is seeking a Full-Time 2nd Shift Caregiver (3PM-11PM) with rotating weekends to join our team of dedicated professionals serving residents and families. The role focuses on daily living activities, dignity, and safety in a community guided by CAPLICO Core Values.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct care to residents in a caregiving setting.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications preferred.
• CBRF Certifications (Standard Precautions, First Aid, Fire Safety) preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must meet age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition and health.
• Encourage independence and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Attend designated facility in-services and help new staff learn tasks.

Madison Pointe Assisted Living is currently seeking a Full-Time 2nd Shift (3PM-11PM) CBRF Caregiver with rotating weekends to join our team of dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families and our community. About the Opportunity

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

• Exhibits a positive customer service attitude as demonstrated by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
• Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
• Demonstrates consistent work attendance as scheduled and addresses work related problems with the proper individuals.
• Communication skills that include careful listening, being sensitive to other people’s thoughts and feelings, giving thoughtful responses, and the timely and accurate reporting to appropriate people.
• Maintains confidentiality of both resident and staff information.
• Must present with a neat, clean appearance.
• Participates in designated facility in-services.

Preferred Qualifications
