Job summary

OSI Recruit is seeking an RN for an assignment at Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City. The role focuses on comprehensive patient assessment, planning and coordination of care in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an Arizona RN license (or compact) with 2+ years of RN experience in a general OR and a BSN being preferred. ACLS certification is valued, with day shift and rotating on-call duties.

Qualifications

• RN license required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in a general OR.
• BSN or higher degree preferred.
• Arizona license or compact license required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition.
• Establishes a plan of care aligned to patient needs and abilities.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team.
• Coordinates transfers, discharge, referrals and psychosocial support as needed.

Position Summary:

Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

Shift: Day shift, 8 hours shift with rotating on-call

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• RN- Associates required / BSN or higher preferred
• Arizona Registered Nurse License or compact license required on hire.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in a general OR
• ACLS required upon hire

Nice-To-Haves:

• Experience in clinical quality or safety
• Laser/Safety Officer certification
