Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Medical Technologist in Hardin, MT, to join a clinical laboratory. The role requires handling specimens, operating automated analyzers, and evaluating results in a fully equipped lab environment.

Responsibilities include QC/QA, proficiency testing, and contributing to performance improvement projects. Shifts include nights and weekends; unsupervised work in on-call situations is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in biology or chemistry.
• Montana CLS licensure required.
• ASCP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with microbiology, immunohematology, and analyzers preferred.
• Knowledge of CLIA, HIPAA regulations and budgeting.
• Ability to work cooperatively with all departments.

Requirements

• Degree in biology or chemistry, ASCP or equivalent certification
  
• Licensure in State of Montana as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
  
• Knowledge and ability to perform routine laboratory procedures, research and set up new procedures;
  
• Experience in all areas of the laboratory including Microbiology and Immunohematology, computers, specialized analyzers, and equipment preferred.
  
• Knowledge of CLIA, Compliance and HIPAA regulations, budgeting.
  
• Ability to work cooperatively with all departments.
  
• Ability to productively work unsupervised.
