Job summary

Ironside Human Resources is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Director for a rural hospital located northwest of Anchorage, AK. This full-time role requires leadership and oversight of clinic operations, with travel and a competitive compensation package.

Salary ranges from $165,318 to $211,126 annually, plus a $1,500 monthly housing stipend, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. NP or PA license is required; Alaska licensure not mandatory. Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, remote travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner or PA license.
• Two years of experience directing or supervising employees.
• Nurse Practitioner license may be held by non-Alaska applicants.

Responsibilities

• Establish a sound management structure for clinic activities and ensure clinics are staffed with capable individuals.
• Provide oversight to supervisors/instructors in goals, plans, and budgets for Village Health Services objectives.
• Travel is required to fulfill duties and represent the organization.

Rural hospital located several hundred miles northwest of Anchorage, AK seeking a full-time, Nurse Practitioner Director to join their team.

Salary: $165,318 - $211,126/annually

• Provide oversight to the Supervisor/Instructors in the development of goals, plans, and budgets for attaining Village Health Services' objectives
  
• This position requires travel
  
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)
  
• $1500 monthly housing stipend
