• Experience working in Agile teams and producing end-user documentation.

• Develop and maintain Agile web applications for business departments.
• Collaborate with customers and Business Analysts to document user stories/storyboards.
• Create interfaces between enterprise platforms and in-house apps.
• Design and deliver SSRS reports.
• Prepare end-user manuals and provide initial training.
• Execute and document developer tests and assist QA in test planning.
• Ensure procedures meet regulatory requirements.
