Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline required; 4 additional SWE years may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with Python, Java, .Net/C#, PHP, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js or React.
• Experience deploying and operating software on Linux (service configuration, logs, basic networking).
• Solid understanding of APIs, authentication/authorization basics, and secure coding practices.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and basic performance tuning.
• DOD 8570.01 compliance with IAM Level I certification (CAP, GSLC, Security+).
• Desired: hands-on AWS experience (IAM, EC2, ALB, S3, RDS, CloudWatch) and/or Azure equivalents.
• Experience with Nginx/Apache/Tomcat configuration and performance tuning.
• Scripting/automation with PowerShell and/or Python; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting production services and on-call/incident response.
