Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer in Stafford, TX to design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications used by employees nationwide. You will manage the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to long-term application support, with a strong emphasis on secure coding practices.

The role requires expertise in ASP.NET, Blazor, and Angular, plus experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
  • Experience with ASP.NET, Blazor, and Angular.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
  • Build responsive interfaces and robust backend services.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third‑party systems.
  • Design and optimize relational databases and SQL schemas.
  • Create automated tests and perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Deploy applications through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production applications.
  • Identify and resolve defects and performance issues.

Job Description

The Full Stack Web Developer role will design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications used by employees across the United States. This is a full-time position requiring a self-motivated developer who can independently manage the complete software development lifecycle, from gathering business requirements through long-term application support.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in modern Microsoft web technologies, cloud-based application development, and secure software engineering practices. They will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, scalable, and maintainable web applications.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern development frameworks and best practices.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and robust backend services.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
  • Design, implement, and optimize relational database solutions.
  • Create automated tests and perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Deploy applications through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production applications.
  • Identify and resolve application defects and performance issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and system architecture documentation.
  • Ensure applications comply with security best practices, organizational policies, and industry standards.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for enterprise applications.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack web development experience.
  • Strong experience developing applications with:
    • ASP.NET
    • Blazor
    • Angular
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for source control, work item tracking, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience with application testing methodologies and automated testing.
  • Thorough understanding of secure software development practices, including:
    • Authentication and authorization
    • Role-based access control
    • OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
    • Secure API development
    • Data protection and encryption
    • Secure coding practices
  • Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing production applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Python development.
  • Experience working with Entity Framework.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience building cloud-native applications and services in Azure.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

  • Strong understanding of the complete software development lifecycle.

  • Ability to work independently and in a small development team.
Additional Information

Position is full-time, non-exempt and must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Position will be required to be onsite.
