Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Full Stack Web Architect in our Atlanta, GA office or at another Perficient office location. As a Full Stack Web Architect, you will be part of Perficient's Product Development Practice developing Web experiences for high-profile customers. You will provide technology direction, ensure project implementation, and utilize technology research to innovate, integrate, and manage technology solutions. You will also significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; you will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative, high-quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients\' business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering pods in day-to-day planning and delivery.
• Define the overall technical architecture and strategy for the application that is envisioned with the customer.
• Prepare technical solution documents, architecture documents and artifacts.
• Deliver platform and architecture recommendations based on project requirements and industry best practices.
• Drive end-to-end solutions including DevOps, automated testing, and analytics.
• Lead SCRUM planning meetings and daily standups to help keep the team informed on progress and blockers.
• Understand all aspects of the product you are building to provide insight and recommendations to the team.
• Enforce development best practices and ensure quality delivery through unit testing, automation, and code reviews.
• Drive delivery excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Work closely with stakeholders, visual designers, UX Architects, and user researchers to bring experiences to life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or the equivalent.
• 10+ years of demonstrable experience in .NET/C# Azure web development creating single-page applications, progressive web apps or the equivalent.
• 2-4 years of demonstrable experience in architecture design, documentation and agile team leadership.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projects.
• Good understanding of UX and UI design best practices.
• Advanced-level understanding of modern front-end web application development.
• React and Angular experience.
• Experience with best practices for designing applications with high unit test coverage and simplified test automation.
• Experience with approaches and key tools used for CI/CD.
• Knowledge of web application security vulnerabilities and related mitigations.
• Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and architectural patterns.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to expedite development.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090. The posted range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or potential variable compensation.
