Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America in Seymour, Indiana, is seeking a Systems Engineer/Full Stack Web Developer to join an operations-focused engineering team. You will modernize a suite of internal apps, migrate legacy systems to a unified .NET site, and integrate with ERP and HRIS systems.

You’ll work in an agile environment applying best practices to solve complex business problems, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering reliable software across the full stack.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years writing software in a business environment.
• Proficiency with ASP.NET, .NET 10 framework and related stack.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core and MVC patterns.
• Ability to design and consume web APIs and integrate with ERP/HRIS.
• Knowledge of SQL data migrations and large-table queries.
• Familiarity with Angular and frontend integration.
• Experience with IIS and directory services (AD/LDAP).
• Good communication and teamwork skills; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain OLTP applications in ASP.NET within a software team.
• Refactor existing features to improve reliability and lower maintenance.
• Design and implement technical solutions and performance improvements.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders during design, development, and support.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to remove blockers and align on goals.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.
