Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) in Beavercreek, Ohio, is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to full stack web development within a microservice cloud-based architecture. You will participate in the entire software lifecycle, collaborating with Agile teams to implement solutions that integrate with existing systems.

Candidates should hold a STEM degree with relevant experience in web frameworks (Django/React/Angular), Docker, databases, and API definitions. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM field with 2 years’ experience OR master’s with 0 years OR high school diploma/equivalent with 6 years’ experience
• Full Stack Web Development programming experience
• Experience in Agile development processes
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with small technical teams
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance
• Experience with web development frameworks (Django, React, Angular)
• Experience with databases (Relational, Graph, Document)
• Experience with Docker, Git, Jira/Confluence
• Experience with microservices, API definitions and Spring Boot (Java) APIs
