Fortune Media in New York City seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and scale web experiences with Next.js, focusing on performance, accessibility, and user experience.

You will work on CMS integrations, RESTful APIs, and backend services, collaborating with editors, product managers, and designers to deliver data-driven features across Fortune's digital properties, including editorial sites and Fortune Recommends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience building high-performance web applications using Next.js or similar framework.
  • Strong understanding of backend technologies and RESTful API design.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development frameworks.
