Divergent is seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer II to help build and scale the software platforms that power our next‑generation digital manufacturing ecosystem. In this role, you will independently design, develop, and deliver production‑ready software solutions that support business‑critical applications across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
As an Engineer II, you will contribute to complex projects, collaborate across functional teams, and play a key role in delivering high‑quality software that enables innovation throughout the organization. You will exercise considerable independent judgment in solving technical challenges while continuing to expand your expertise across the full technology stack.
At Divergent, compensation is determined by job level and individual qualifications. For this position, we are considering candidates at the following levels based on experience, technical capability, and interview performance:
E04 – Engineer II: $122,430 – $168,340
Exceptional candidates demonstrating broader technical leadership, multi‑project ownership, and Senior Engineer competencies may also be considered for:
E05 – Senior Engineer: $141,380 – $194,390
Pay Range: $122,430 – $194,390 USD
