Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer I on the Factory Platform team. You will build applications that support engineers across design and manufacturing, from telemetry data analysis to dashboards that provide real-time visibility into operations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end development across the stack, agile delivery, and collaboration with design, manufacturing, and test teams to accelerate progress and deliver value quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• Strong CS foundations: data structures, algorithms, systems, and clean, testable code.
• 1+ years of professional software development experience (internships, co-ops, or shipped projects).
• Experience building web applications with modern frameworks and languages.

Their mission is to automate and streamline workflows across the entire lifecycle of Terran R, from raw material intake to launch operations and eventually manufacturing on Mars. Today, that means partnering directly with teams across design, materials, manufacturing, and test and launch to design, implement, and deploy end-user enterprise-wide applications, industrial automation, data analytics infrastructure, and next-generation AI to solve real problems and accelerate progress. We work closely with design engineers, manufacturing operators, supply chain teams, and test engineers to understand their workflows, automate manual processes, and build tools that accelerate progress from design to launch.About the Role:As a Full Stack Software Engineer I on the Factory Platform team, you will build applications that directly support design and manufacturing engineers across the company. You'll work on projects like automating the analysis of telemetry data streaming from test stands, building tools to streamline supply chain and production planning processes, and creating dashboards that give engineers real-time visibility into manufacturing operations.You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from understanding user requirements to designing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions. You'll work across the stack-building responsive front-ends, scalable back-ends, and data pipelines that connect systems together.
