Job summary

impact.com in Washington, DC is seeking a Software Engineer for the Onboarding squad to build scalable backend services, APIs for partners and advertisers, and collaborate with frontend developers on UI changes.

The role requires 3+ years Java experience, Spring, REST, cloud platforms, and a passion for learning. You will participate in all sprint ceremonies and own parts of the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience using Java and MySQL.
• Experience with Spring Framework and REST APIs.
• Experience with Vue.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services on the cloud that power our UIs.
• Assist frontend developers with UI changes.
• Create powerful APIs for partners and advertisers.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle, including ideation, prioritization, coding & testing.
• Learn new technologies.
