You'll work on a product used by banks, law firms, and regulators, contributing to workflows like compliance automation and redaction pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of full stack development experience.
• Strong command of Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Python, HTML/CSS.
• Experience building and scaling SaaS products with clean architecture.

About The Role

• Secure Engage is redefining how organizations manage cyber and regulatory risk using AI.
• We're looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to help us build and scale our platform - from back-end infrastructure to front-end user experiences.
• You'll be working on a highly impactful product used by banks, law firms, and regulators, contributing directly to core workflows including compliance automation, redaction pipelines, and interactive dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain core product features across the full stack using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, PostgreSQL, React, and HTML/CSS
• Build secure, scalable APIs and integrations with third-party tools and AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI)
• Optimize backend performance for large-scale document handling and redaction
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and AI Engineering to ensure seamless user experiences and rapid iteration
• Participate in architectural planning, code reviews, and continuous delivery pipelines
• Contribute to documentation, DevOps tasks, and usability improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in full stack development roles
• Strong command of Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Python, HTML/CSS
• Experience building and scaling SaaS products with clean architecture and modular design
• Solid understanding of security best practices, API design, and database optimization
• Startup experience or comfort working in agile, fast-paced environments
• Bonus: familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, AI integration, or working with structured assessment workflows
