Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of JavaScript, 2+ years Python, 1 year HTML/CSS front-end.
• Strong problem-solving, self-direction and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and deploy key features that enhance member & team experience daily.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications, including front-end and back-end components.
• Integrate and enhance the systems, databases, workflows, and APIs that support operational excellence.
• Own what you ship — investigate issues in live systems, dig into code and data you didn't write, and see problems through to resolution.
• Automate processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload so we can scale profitably.
• Contribute to the implementation and deployment of AI-driven features that optimize user experience and streamline internal processes.
