Job summary

The Swift Group in Reston, VA is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our software team in Chantilly, VA. You will partner with the lead developer to maintain and enhance an existing application, design and implement all layers, and deliver APIs for integration with databases and other systems.

Required: 5–7 years Python with Flask/Django/FastAPI, 2–3 years SQL/ORM, 6 months–3 years JavaScript/TypeScript/CSS, 6 months–3 years React/Angular/Vue, 1–3 years AWS and container

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience with Python with development of an application in Flask, Django, FastAPI; including developing associated testing (unit and integration)
• 2–3 years’ experience with SQL, familiarity with SQLAlchemy or other ORM technologies
• 6 months–3 years’ experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS
• 6 months–3 years’ experience with React, Angular, or Vue
• 1-3 years’ experience developing on AWS. Must be familiar with building and deploying containers
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Swift is looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Developer. You will work with the lead developer to maintain and enhance the existing software application.
