Job summary

Source Allies is seeking software consultants with extensive experience in enterprise-level development and cloud engineering to join our agile teams. You will design and implement scalable software across modern stacks, delivering high-quality code and robust cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

We emphasize Test-Driven Development, Pair Programming, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience with enterprise-level applications.
• 5+ years of backend development with Java, Python, or C#, including frameworks and tools.
• 5+ years of Cloud Engineering experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Test-Driven Development and Pair Programming.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-level software solutions using modern tech stacks to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Work with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure to design scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Practice XP methodologies like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming.
• Lead discussions and enable rapid feedback to iterate on and improve solutions.
• Present software demos and communicate concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Our teammates specialize in cloud infrastructure, full-stack application development, and data analytics/engineering. We are seeking consultants who are talented software engineers with experience in enterprise-level software development and cloud engineering.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of industry experience, preferably working on enterprise-level applications
• 5+ years of backend development with Java, Python, or C#, including frameworks and tools
• 5+ years of Cloud Engineering experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Test-Driven Development and Pair Programming
• A passion for continuous learning, including new programming languages, frameworks, and leveling up existing skills
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience working in highly collaborative, cross functional teams
