Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to play a key role in shaping the future of our technology stack to drive the design and delivery of AI-powered applications across the firm. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends full-stack engineering with applied AI:

• AI-Drive Solutions: We are integrating AI into our workflows to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and uncover new insights from complex data.

• Workflow Automation: Identify and automate manual processes across the firm using AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and event-driven architectures. Experience with back-office systems and operations - such as trade processing, reconciliation, and reporting - is highly valued.

• Cloud-First Architecture: We are modernizing our infrastructure with a cloud-first approach, leveraging scalable, resilient, and secure cloud technologies to optimize performance.

• Enterprise Data Platform: We are building a next-generation data platform to centralize, analyze, and extract value from financial and operational data.

The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack development skills (React, Python/Node.js, Azure) with practical experience building applications that leverage LLMs and generative AI. You are comfortable moving between frontend, backend, and AI layers, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can influence architectural decisions and ship products that matter.
