Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Full Stack Developer acting as the Testing Lead for pre-production efforts. You will define and implement comprehensive test strategies spanning front-end, back-end, and data layers to ensure quality across the SDLC.

You will design automated test frameworks, support continuous validation, and guide teams on test coverage, performance, and security requirements. A Secret clearance is required for proposal submission.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Clearance required: Secret; IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive or Tier 3 at proposal submission.
• ISTQB Foundation, AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional, or Security+CE or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, establish, and lead testing/QA processes across front-end, back-end, and integration layers.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for continuous validation.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, service, and database teams to ensure test coverage and system reliability.
