Estamos com oportunidade para Full Stack Python na empresa Priscila Rosa Desenvolvimento Humano.
We are looking for Full Stack Python Engineers to join a six-month engagement with a global leader in wealth-management technology.
This is a remote position from Latam.
You will help build and evolve systems that support investment professionals: portfolio analytics, risk and benchmark calculations, and the internal tools that bring those results to users. You will work mostly on Python backend services and data-intensive workflows, and also contribute to React frontends and the cloud infrastructure the platform runs on.
The ideal candidate is a strong Python backend engineer who is comfortable working on the frontend in React. Accuracy and data integrity matter here: you care whether the numbers are right, not just whether the code runs.
We process our payment in US dollars, however you can receive it in your local currency.
Design, build, and maintain production Python services and APIs.
Work on calculation-heavy, data-intensive code paths where correctness matters.
Modernize legacy systems and help retire what they replace.
Work with relational databases, SQL, and application data models.
Build and maintain React features that integrate reliably with backend capabilities.
Work within an established design system and frontend conventions.
Diagnose performance and scalability issues, including load and stress testing.
Tune and troubleshoot services running on Kubernetes in AWS.
Help decommission legacy infrastructure safely.
Work directly with engineers and technical leaders from both Codelitt and our partner.
Break complex requirements into clear and manageable technical tasks.
Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
Take ownership of assigned initiatives from technical discovery through delivery.
Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing.
5+ years of professional experience building production backend applications with Python.
Experience building frontend features with React and TypeScript or JavaScript.
Experience designing and maintaining APIs and integrations.
Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
Strong attention to data accuracy and automated-testing practices.
Experience working with version control, code review, and CI/CD workflows.
Ability to understand and contribute to an established, complex codebase.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a broader engineering team.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS (diagnosing, scaling, and tuning workloads).
Experience with performance or load testing.
Exposure to Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code.
Experience building applications for financial services or other data-intensive industries.
Some Java experience.
You have used Python in a real production environment and understand how to build, maintain, and troubleshoot backend services.
You can follow a feature from the React user interface through the API and business logic to the database. You understand how decisions in one layer affect the others.
You verify that results are correct. You treat data integrity as part of the job, not an afterthought.
You communicate before a problem becomes a surprise. When blocked, you raise the issue, explain its impact, and help identify a path forward.
You can navigate a mature platform with significant internal context. You know how to ask effective questions, document what you learn, and gradually expand your ownership.
You enjoy working with other engineers, sharing knowledge, reviewing designs, and contributing to a healthy engineering culture.
Generous paid-time-off policy.
Paid sick leave.
Paid parental leave.
Opportunities to work on challenging products with experienced international teams.
A collaborative environment that values technical quality and personal ownership.
Regular team-building activities throughout the year.
If you are an experienced Python engineer who enjoys building features across the stack and solving complex product challenges, we would love to hear from you.
