Job summary

You will act as the sole authority for product decisions, liaising with stakeholders and the development team to ensure meaningful initiatives and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in Agile product ownership, CSPO/SAFe training preferred, and familiarity with automotive diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requested; field flexible (business, CS, engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or product ownership in an Agile environment.
• Formal training or certification in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe (e.g., CSPO) preferred.
• Experience in automotive diagnostics, SAE automotive standards, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines and communicates product vision; manages product backlog and prioritizes features and user stories.
• Serves as liaison between stakeholders and development team to align goals and priorities.
• Creates clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for web-based products.
• Leads daily stand-ups and sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep team on track.
• Performs testing and debugging to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
