Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a skilled software engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications. You will work with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, building RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise systems while modernizing legacy apps.

You will collaborate with product owners and engineers to deliver secure, high‑performing solutions, support cloud deployment, and uphold automated testing and CI/CD practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services to support enterprise applications and digital experiences.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces while following frontend standards, best practices, and reusable component patterns.
• Create and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Contribute to application modernization efforts by enhancing legacy applications and supporting migration to modern web and cloud‑native architectures.
• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and regression tests to improve software quality and reliability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and automated deployment processes to accelerate software delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives.
