Job summary

Real Soft, Inc / Diversity Direct is seeking a fully onsite developer experienced in .NET and full stack to support and build custom applications in Indianapolis. You will work on MuleSoft APIs, Dynamics 365, and Azure-based data transfers within an agile team.

The role requires a BA/BS in Engineering or CS and at least 2 years of .NET/full stack experience, with MuleSoft and Azure proficiency highly valued. Local candidates only for on-site interviews and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field is required.
• 2+ years of .NET or full stack development experience.
• Strong MuleSoft experience is required.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET/MVC and .NET 9.0.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL and Azure.
• Experience with Agile development and Java/Spring Framework.
• Microsoft certification is a plus.

Support and build custom applications across the agency

Build development standards for the agency and ensure a robust and flexible team across all projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support and implement MuleSoft APIs across the agency
• Support existing DWD Dynamics 365 applications.
• Support existing custom applications written in a mixture of .NET, Java and other technologies.
• Support ETPL across multiple applications and our Dynamics environment.
• Support various database technologies used across our systems.
• Help design and implement new systems to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain, support, and implement Azure web jobs, MuleSoft, and Talend for data transfer across solutions.
• Proactively approach new technologies, systems, and design patterns.
• Work with business, other IT teams, and other agencies to define and enhance new solutions.
• Enhance existing applications within an agile environment.
• Exhibit a mixture of soft and hard skills necessary for success in this position.
• Demonstrate good communication skills.
• Be part of building a structured development team
