Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet business and user needs.

A strong background in software development and a passion for technology are essential for this role. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering and 5+ years in software development, with proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, React, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in .NET framework and SQL Server databases.
• Proficiency in one or more UI frameworks such as React.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms and services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, technology leads, testers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
