Job summary

Noblis, Inc. is seeking a full-stack software developer to join our FAA-facing team in the Washington, DC area. You will collaborate with product owners and a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver robust web applications using .NET/C#, HTML/CSS/JS, and SQL Server.

The role requires experience in Agile processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. You will participate in planning, UI/UX input, development, testing, and release activities while

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics/Informatics, or related field.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum.
  • Experience in multi-developer teams and with source control.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Eligibility to obtain Public Trust Clearance (U.S. citizen or Green Card).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Owner to translate business needs into working software.
  • Work with Scrum Master to improve team performance and deliver quality software on time and budget.
  • Operate in an Agile development environment as a full stack developer.
  • Estimate, plan, and contribute to UI/UX designs, development, testing, and releases.
  • Support customers and troubleshoot issues; pursue process improvement.
